We love local, and we're thrilled to be once again working with The People's Craft House to create tasty, fresh, craft cream sodas this summer. You will find them in our beverage cooler when you come in for lunch or dinner. Heck, take a few bottles home for a cold sip on a hot Okanagan summer evening.
Partnering with the Craft House, proprietor Jason Cox works with Chef Paul's menu and farm-fresh approach to create these seasonal sodas. No additives, just pure fruit often sourced from the same farms where BRODO finds ingredients.
Right now the strawberry cream soda is going in the bottle. Next? Look for cherry, blueberry-vanilla, blackberry, peach, strawberry-ginger...and whatever else Paul and Jason may come up with as Okanagan fruits start to ripen.
"It is important to us that we only partner with restaurants and retailers that share our commitment to fresh ingredients and authenticity," says Jason.
