Our team has been hard at work in the back of the shop tweaking our menu for weeks, and while we've "semi-retired" a few dishes (don't worry, some of your past favourites will appear as daily features from time to time), we are thrilled with what we've created.
Always keeping in mind our motto of simply fresh food, we continue to source our ingredients locally and from producers in the Okanagan or "farm fresh" from around BC. We have a few more vegetarian options, everything can be made gluten free on request, and all of our seafood is OceanWise. The full menu is now online, but after a sneak preview, here are a few of the comments on our new (or newly improved) dishes...
Pulled chicken + dumpling soup: "So good, I could drink this all day!"
Truffled mushroom + lentil soup: "Chef Paul is the king of broth."
Spicy tomato meatball: "Is that an onion ring...in my sandwich? How awesome is that?"
Pulled pork 'cubano': "OMG. Hashtag OMG."
Roasted root vegetable flatbread: "So tasty, you forget that it's uber healthy."
Soba noodle salad: "I've had this at an event, am so glad it's on the new menu."
Smoked salmon 'nicoise': "Beautifully presented, authentic to the original, and just delicious."
